i have a query thst listen if anybody given attempt earlier n not clear their attempt are not eligible to be in rank for next attempt .. Then how she got a rank in her 2nd attempt

That’s wrong. ICAI recognizes meritorious candidates in Intermediate (IPC) and CA Final examination, by ranking them on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by them in both the groups, on an all India basis, subject to his/her having secured a minimum of 55 percent marks, in one sitting without availing of any exemptions.

So you will get rank if u complete both groups in single attempt i;e even it is 3rd or 4th attempt (not 1st attempt only).

If u got exemption in any subject in previous attempt, you are not eligible for all India ranker in next attempt.

If u got exemption in previous attempt and if u want all india rank in next attempt, there is a provision that you should left that exemption and again u will write that subject.

I had got 450/700 in my IPCC exams of November 2012. My highest mark was in Accounts Group – I in which I had got 95/100, which was the highest in the Eastern Region and third or fourth highest in the country for that term(unofficial). I had even got awarded in Vidya Mandir for that in Kolkata.
My preparation for CA Final November 2015 has been even tougher than IPCC. Yes, I had revised two to three times before the exam with the initial study being a written one, followed the ICAI’s Practise Manual and RTP alongwith the exam going fine.
Results were declared yesterday. I failed in 7 subjects out of 8. WOULD YOU STILL SAY THE ICAI IS SPOTLESS AND THE BLAME IS ON ME?? Eagerly awaiting your expert take on this issue!

So what you failed? The thing about failure is that it always has some underlining lesson which you might not understand right now but you will definitely someday. I failed too and I have been a bright student all my life. The kind of marks I got, I swear to god, I could have scored without studying. But I have turned to see the brighter side instead of looking on what has already happened. I cannot change it and neither you can. So, the best thing to do is without blaming anyone, to try again and I believe that you will surely succeed this time. Failure is never permanent. Best of luck and don’t lose hope!
