“Never Underestimate the power of passion” says Jaiveer Singh CA IPCC Topper, Dehradun. To an onlooker he may seem like a regular boy next door who is going about his business, but those who look closer notice the gleam in his eyes when he talks about things he is passionate about. Other than preparing for CA and B.Com, Jaiveer is a person who loves looking up the stock market and Fraudulent Scams. In a generation of millennials who fear the stage and public speaking he stands out as he finds the Stage and Public speaking intriguing him to come forward and stand up.
“My Mother said “Sabash” and my CA coordinator hugged me”
With his father being a part of the Air force, appraisal for little things is something hard to come by and the moment he had seen his result, the strictest and the biggest critics of his life, his CA coordinator and his mother were his biggest appraisers. This was definitely the most remembered memories of a lifetime for him.
“Two things never change, one is “Change” and the other is Demand for CA”
According to him, CA is the toughest exam in the world and takes you to the tallest apex and lets you choose your way since the good foundation is laid along with other benefits of confidence and business connections. His thirst for adventure has led to him take up CA as a Profession as having two people of the same profession in the same house did not make sense to him, his sister being an engineer and his dad an Air Force Marshall those two careers were definitely not in his list. Jaiveer attributes his success to the support he got from his parents.
He does emphasis that each student needs to plan out their schedule accordingly as catching up with two courses at once is not easy. Jaiveer also adds that consizing the material and making the courses more apt does help get on. Jaiveer admits that online courses do help as they are more convenient to take when compared to offline mode. Most importantly he points out that no matter what the course is belief in self is the most important attribute one can possess.
To him the passion is a very important quality of a student, the thirst for more can lead you to wonders. Never expect the teacher to teach every word in the book, he mentions that thirst is the passion which will teach you more than the teacher. Being a strong leader is what is needed and expected of a person who is preparing for CA and that is enough any success mantra would not be required.
