The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released a notification on 13th June clarifying the students that CS June 2020 examinations has postponed again. The CS exams are postponed for all the exam levels, i.e CS Foundation, CS Executive, CS Professional.
In India, the casualties arising due to the pandemic is rising on an hourly basis, therefore, the entire country especially COVID-19 hit locations are in lockdown. Many educational institutions have rescheduled/ cancelled the examinations/ evaluations until June month. The institute added that, due to the Coronavirus outbreak in India, it has provided e-learning facilities including video lectures to the students preparing for CS May 2020 examinations. The Institute of company Secretaries of India, after due consideration of the prevalent situation and subsequent lockdown, due to Covid 19, has decided to postpone its Examinations (June – 2020 session) of Foundation, Executive and Professional Programme and Post Membership qualification (PMQ) scheduled to be held from 18th August, 2020 to 28th August, 2020.

Yes, CS Exams have been postponed 2nd time for all exam levels, as per the ICSI latest notification on 13th April, 2020. The CS exams will now commence from 18th August, 2020.
The eligibility criteria for CS Exams is as follows:
CS Foundation program – Candidates with 10 +2 pass or equivalent students except Fine-Arts can pursue the level.
CS Executive program –Candidates who are graduates of all streams, except Fie-Arts can directly pursue the Executive level.
CS Professional Level – Candidates who have passed the Executive level can only pursue the Professional level program.
