HAL Recruitment through GATE 2018 – Those who are appearing for GATE 2018 exam with any discipline of ME, EE, EC or CE are able to fill the online application forms for the HAL Recruitment through GATE 2018 which will be available from January 11, 2018 (Tentative). HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking, will announce the recruitment of 125 graduate engineers for the posts of Management Trainee in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Civil engineering and Design trainee in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering. Candidates can apply for any one post only. Eligible applicants will be shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment on the basis of their GATE 2018 scores. Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment through GATE

OBC NCL Reservation Certificate as on February 7, 2018,

2 Pass Percentage Gen /OBC NCL Category – 65%

SC/ST/PwD-55%

The marks must be the aggregate of all the Semesters / Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradations

3 Final year students At the time of applying :
General & OBC-NCL category students have secured minimum 65% Marks in aggregate/ST/PWD candidates must have secured minimum 55% marks in aggregate this is up to the last semester/ year examination at the time of applying.For Selection: Candidates must have fulfilled the above eligibility criteria for their B.Tech or equivalent and must submit documentary proof of their passing at the time of interview candidates should not have any active backlog papers in their qualifying exam as on the date of Interview.
4 Candidates must not belong to creamy layer and the2018, & community of the candidate must be listed in the ‘Central list of Other Backward Classes’

Candidates need to furnish their OBC certificate as per the format prescribed by the Government of India

The certificate must not older than six months from February 7, 2018 when presented at the time of interview.

5 Age Limit as on February 7, 2018
Age of a candidate, after all applicable Age Relaxations should not exceed 56 years in case of PWD candidates and 55 years for other candidates
General Category candidates must not be more than 28 years

OBC NCL Candidates must not be more than 31 years

SC/ST candidates must not be more than 33 years

Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)- Upper Age limit is relaxable by 10 years over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to

SC/ST/OBC-NCL.

Candidates domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during January 1, 1980 to December 31, 1989, the upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years

Ex-servicemen – Relaxation will be as per Government of India guidelines.

 

 

6 NOC Candidates employed in Government/ Semi – Government/ Central / State

Government Departments / Public Sector Undertakings should produce ‘No Objection

Certificate’ at the time of Interview from their employer
