GATE EE is considered as one on the toughest exam for electrical engineering in India. Every year, number of candidates aspiring different IITs, NITs and PSUs in the field of electrical engineering, take GATE EE. The qualifying score for GATE EE is 25.20 for open category in 2017. For OBC and ST/SC category, they were 25.20 and 16.70 respectively. If we see the past qualifying score for GATE EE, they were 25.10, 22.50 and 16.70 for open, OBC and SC category respectively. Hence, following the same trends, the qualifying score for GATE 2018 is expected in the range of 25-27, 22-24 and 16-18 for open, OBC and SC/ST category.
